Can I postpone or cancel services?

If you need to postpone or cancel your service, please call or login to your account at least 24 hours in advance. If you cancel the service at that time, we will issue you a full refund. If you postpone, you can reschedule for another date or later in the day. Otherwise, a late cancellation fee may apply to cover the Maid’s lost time slot. 


If you are either cancelling or rescheduling online, appointments for the next day will automatically be locked and must be called in.
